Workplace Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy working environment for our team, contractors, and visitors. This is achieved through a robust risk governance framework, regular reviews of health and safety policies and procedures, ongoing training and initiatives from our Senior Leadership team, and a culture of safety where individuals look out for themselves, others, and speak up. We uphold compliance with relevant workplace health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards for our operations, and health and safety considerations are integrated into decision making processes. Each of these practices contribute to our goal of zero harm, and are reinforced by our Health and Safety policy.

Employee Wellbeing

We are focused on maintaining the wellbeing of our employees, and understand the importance of this to maintain an engaged and healthy team while supporting staff retention. We offer access to an Employee Assistance Provider, allowing staff to access mental health and emotional support services, and conduct Safety Climate Surveys to gain essential insights into their experiences and perceptions of the workplace. These surveys ensure we can identify areas for improvement and drive meaningful change.
